Nitrogen Physical Foaming Technology

Unlike conventional chemical foaming, we inject high-pressure nitrogen directly into molten PVDF to create an extremely uniform microporous structure. This process ensures the foam contains no chemical foaming agent residues, achieving semiconductor-grade high-purity standards.
